With over 24 years of distinguished professional experience, Rogério Santos do Nascimento brings a unique perspective to international legal consulting. A retired Captain of the Brazilian Marine Corps and a former Military Judge, he served for over a decade as a legal advisor to high-ranking military command.
Licensed to practice law in Brazil (OAB/AL), Rogério has overseen more than 1,400 legal proceedings, specializing in government contracts, public procurement (Law 14.133/21), and the recognition of foreign judgments (STJ). His background in the armed forces and the judiciary ensures that Lex Pathway operates with the highest standards of discipline, institutional security, and ethical compliance.
